Growth Marketing Manager

Intelligems

New York, New York, United States

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to make a meaningful impact on how Intelligems grows. Your job: build a repeatable engine that turns awareness into qualified demos, installs, and customers who stick.

You'll own paid acquisition, SEO, AEO and GEO optimization and content strategy, the marketing website and landing pages as conversion levers, customer referral engines, and the reporting and analytics around all of it. You'll treat the website and our other acquisition surfaces as product, with a sharp focus on our ICP and on what happens after the conversion, not just the conversion itself.

This is a builder role, not a purely strategic one. You'll roll up your sleeves on campaign architecture, landing page tests, and pricing-page experiments while building the AI-native systems that help the whole growth team do more with less. You'll sit embedded within the Growth function (one of the most cross-functional teams at Intelligems), working across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, GTM Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Design, and in especially close partnership with Growth Product on the product-led growth motion.

What You'll Do

Own and scale the growth marketing engine

  • Build a predictable engine that converts brand awareness into qualified pipeline and self-serve installs, with success measured on signups, demos, trial-to-paid conversion, and first-90-day customer outcomes.
  • Drive strategy and execution across paid acquisition, SEO, AEO/GEO and the marketing website, and own the reporting and analytics that explain how each is performing.
  • Optimize the full conversion funnel, from website visitor to self-serve customer or qualified sales pipeline, with relentless focus on conversion rate optimization at every stage.
  • Manage the growth marketing budget with clear ROI targets and efficient capital allocation across channels.

Execute and iterate hands-on

  • Roll up your sleeves on paid campaign architecture, audience segmentation, and bid strategy.
  • Own the conversion layer of the marketing website and landing pages: conversion rate optimization, CTA and form testing, install and demo flows, and messaging iteration.
  • Drive AEO and SEO investment and strategy, building durable organic channels alongside performance channels, and build the system that helps every team think AEO-first.
  • Build, test, and iterate on growth loops from acquisition through to inside the product, in close collaboration with Growth Product.

Build the content strategy engine

  • Own the strategy, tooling, and tracking behind a programmatic, AI-assisted content engine designed to compound SEO and AEO performance, the kind of system that can meaningfully multiply our content output.
  • Build the shared stack, voice, and goals that let multiple contributors across Growth, GTM, and Customer Success produce content from the same playbook, and instrument the tracking to monitor progress against those goals.
  • Produce high-impact content yourself where it matters: surface recurring questions from support and social and repurpose what already works.

Stand up referral and emerging channels

  • Build and scale customer referral engine(s) that tap into how merchants naturally talk about us, from incentive design to measurement and optimization.
  • Scout, pilot, and scale emerging acquisition channels, bringing rigor to what gets tested and moving quickly from hypothesis to results.
  • Use AI to surface high-intent advocates, personalize outreach at scale, and translate referral and channel performance into landing page and post-click conversion experiments.

Build the measurement and AI layer

  • Establish the growth analytics and reporting infrastructure (tracking, attribution modeling, and leadership dashboards) that gives everyone clear, trusted visibility into pipeline quality, channel efficiency, and attribution.
  • Make fast, data-informed decisions with good-but-not-perfect data; proactively identify what's working, kill what isn't, and double down with conviction.
  • Treat the growth marketing function like a software product: build automations, workflows, and internal agents that multiply throughput, and use AI tools across research, content, personalization, ops, reporting, and competitive intelligence.

What You Bring

Required Experience & Skills

  • Full-funnel growth instincts: Working knowledge of paid acquisition channels (SEM, paid social, etc.) and a strong grasp of full-funnel growth strategy across paid, organic, and product-led channels. You know what drives outcomes and how to build just enough to prove value.
  • AI-native in practice, not theory: You use AI tools as a consistent, habitual part of your daily workflow (to accelerate briefs, copy, program design, research, and analysis), and you're building toward systematizing those habits across a team. Hands-on experience with LLMs, automation, and experimentation; bonus if you've built custom GPTs or internal agents.
  • Hands-on technical comfort: You can set up tracking and attribution infrastructure, build and iterate on landing pages without waiting on engineering, and build your own data models without needing someone else to create a dashboard for you.
  • SEO/AEO depth: Hands-on AEO or GEO experience, or a strong intuition for how AI models surface and cite brand content. An SEO background is a plus.
  • Experimentation rigor: Experience running a structured experimentation program with clear hypotheses and documented learnings.
  • Bias toward shipping: You believe a working prototype today beats a polished deck next week, and you communicate clearly, operate independently, and don't wait to be told what to do.

Ideal Background

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or GTM roles at high-growth B2B SaaS startups.
  • Strong content and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, clear, customer-centric messaging across multiple channels.
  • Comfort working with structured and unstructured data: cleaning, transforming, and piping it into useful workflows.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, no ego, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Haves

  • Shipped AI-powered marketing tools, internal agents, or growth infrastructure.
  • Deep expertise in AEO, GEO, SEO, or AI search marketing.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or the e-commerce ecosystem.

Key Attributes

  • Builder, not just strategist: equally energized by optimizing a mature program and standing up something net-new, and happy to be hands-on with campaigns, tests, and dashboards.
  • AI-native: treats AI as a core mechanism for getting work done, not a feature to bolt on, and builds reusable systems that scale best practices.
  • Outcome-obsessed: cares whether customers stayed and grew (F90 retention), not just whether they converted, and defends growth investments with clear business logic even where attribution isn't immediate.
  • Highly collaborative: operates as a product-centered, business-outcomes connector across commercial and product teams.
  • Owns the number: comfortable owning CAC, LTV, payback, and revenue impact end-to-end.

Product Manager

Intelligems

Denver, Colorado, United States

We're looking for a product manager to own the surfaces Intelligems merchants interact with most — from building and configuring experiences to launching and managing them in production.

This PM leads our Experiences pillar: Visual Builder, AI-powered creation, experience management, and the infrastructure that governs what goes live on a merchant's storefront. The role spans product craft, AI product strategy, and execution-layer technical work — you'll partner closely with engineering and design to define how merchants create tests, personalization, and content variants, and how those experiences ship reliably.

This role requires someone who can take a technically flexible, powerful product and make it feel simple to a merchant without technical capabilities. It also requires the technical agency to navigate the real constraints of building on Shopify storefronts, iframes, and proxy layers — and genuine instincts for how agentic AI changes the way products need to be built, not just what they can do.

What You'll Do

Own the creation experience end-to-end

  • Lead product for the Visual Builder and all experience creation surfaces, from first interaction to go live
  • Define what it means for a non-technical merchant to build and launch a test successfully
  • Work with design to simplify a technically flexible product without sacrificing what makes it powerful
  • Own experience management: how merchants find, edit, pause, and understand the tests they've launched

Shape how AI powers the building experience

  • Define the AI-powered creation flow — how merchants describe what they want, how the agent builds it, and where humans stay in the loop
  • Set the product requirements for what makes a surface reliably operable by an agent: state management, error handling, feedback loops
  • Identify where AI reduces friction in the creation flow and where it introduces confusion, and build accordingly

Own launch confidence and reliability

  • Define the previews, validation states, and feedback signals that tell a merchant their experience is going to work before they go live
  • Partner with engineering to set and hold the quality bar for everything that touches a live storefront
  • Own the reliability of the creation-to-launch pipeline — from how experiences are configured to how they behave in production

What You Bring

Required Experience & Skills

  • Product and design craft: you have a specific point of view on what makes a complex, flexible product accessible to a non-technical user. You've made real simplification decisions and can describe what you gave up to get there. You work with design as a genuine creative partner, not just a handoff
  • AI-native product instinct: you think about AI as the mechanism that does the work, not a feature to add. You understand what it means for a product surface to be reliably operable by an agent and have genuine opinions on where AI helps and where it creates friction
  • Technical agency: you don't need to code, but you stay in technically hard problems until a path emerges. You've found solutions through constrained environments before, and you think about what serves the merchant and what the team can actually ship in the same breath

Ideal Background

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time on builder or creation tools — products where users had to make something
  • B2B SaaS experience with real customers and real stakes
  • Track record of partnering closely with engineering on technically constrained work; comfortable scoping and committing under ambiguity
  • Experience advocating for product quality and launch reliability, not just feature delivery
  • Not afraid of sharing ideas by building them â€” you’ve used AI tools to create working prototypes, test concepts, or demo features
  • Bonus: familiarity with Shopify or any product that runs inside a third-party storefront environment
  • Bonus: experience building alongside or shipping agentic AI workflows
  • Bonus: understanding of front-end rendering, component architecture, or proxy-based implementations

Key Attributes

  • Craft-oriented — specific opinions about what makes an experience good, and holds that bar under shipping pressure
  • Technically curious — engages with hard technical problems rather than routing around them; stays in the problem until a path emerges
  • User-centered — builds from the non-technical merchant's experience, not the feature spec; knows the difference between functional and trustworthy
  • AI-native — thinks about what it means for products to be built by agents, not just assisted by them, and has opinions about what that requires
  • Collaborative — works closely with design, engineering, and the broader product team; understands that craft at this level is a team sport

Strategic Finance Associate

Intelligems

New York, New York, United States

About the Role

We're hiring a Strategic Finance Associate to join Intelligems' finance function — and help build it. This is the second finance hire at the company, sitting directly alongside the Head of Strategic Finance and touching everything from monthly close to board prep to the data infrastructure that powers how we understand and operate the business.

This is not a typical finance role. You won't be handed a pre-built set of spreadsheets to maintain quarter over quarter. Intelligems treats data as a competitive advantage — financial and operational metrics flow from Snowflake through into Tableau, HubSpot and other tools — and the analysis that comes out of this team lands directly with the founders and shapes real decisions. There are no layers between the work you do and the people acting on it.

You'll start by owning recurring finance operations and core analytical workflows. Over time, the expectation is that you grow into deeper work: understanding how data is modeled and structured, helping define how the company measures performance, investigating key business questions, and producing the proactive analysis that drives company strategy. The ceiling here is high, and deliberately so.

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a finance and business leader. The right person will develop deep context on how a SaaS company operates — across GTM, product, finance, and data — and over time become a key thought partner in how the company measures performance, allocates resources, and makes strategic decisions.

We're looking for someone who wants to understand how the numbers are built, not just what they say.

What You'll Do

Serve as the Company's Data Backbone

  • Help maintain consistency across financial and operational metrics so the company is working from a trusted source of truth
  • When a team is building something new — a health score, a dashboard, a new performance metric — you're in the room helping define what it should measure, where the data comes from, and whether it's being used correctly
  • Develop fluency in how our financial and operational data is structured in Snowflake and dbt, and grow into having real input on how new metrics get defined and modeled as the company scales
  • No prior experience with Snowflake, dbt or Tableau required — but you need to want to learn it, and to think carefully about how data should be built, not just consumed

Strategic Analysis

  • Maintain and evolve existing dashboards as the business changes and new questions surface
  • Partner directly with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to investigate performance, define metrics, and improve decision-making
  • Work on analyses tied to pricing, retention, GTM performance, forecasting, customer behavior, and overall company performance
  • Be the person who can take a business question and turn it into a clear, reliable, well-structured answer

Own Recurring Finance Operations

  • Execute monthly close in coordination with our bookkeeping partner — categorizing transactions, reviewing financials, and ensuring everything ties and makes sense
  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial packages to founders, function leaders, and banking partners
  • Run monthly commissions — pulling deal data, reviewing for accuracy, coordinating payout
  • Own quarterly board deck financials and support fundraising preparation as needed

Build Leverage Through AI

  • Help evaluate, implement, and maintain AI tools and agents that amplify what our team can do
  • Ensure the data that flows into AI systems is accurate, well-structured, and consistently defined — because the quality of the output depends entirely on the quality of the input
  • Identify workflows across finance and GTM operations where automation can improve speed, accuracy, or insight
  • Stay current with the tools that are changing how finance and ops teams work — and bring that knowledge back to the team

Who You Are

Must-Haves

  • Strong Excel skills â€” comfortable building financial models from scratch, not just editing them
  • Genuinely analytical — you think carefully about what data means and where it might be wrong before putting it in front of others
  • Curious about how data systems work â€” you want to understand where numbers come from, not just what they are
  • Detail-oriented and reliable — the recurring work here requires consistency and accuracy, and you take pride in both
  • Low ego, high ownership — equally comfortable cleaning up a messy reconciliation as presenting analysis to the founders

Backgrounds We're Excited About

  • 2–5 years in finance — investment banking, PE, FP&A, corporate finance, Big 4, consulting, or startup finance
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics (MRR, retention, churn, NDR) is a strong plus
  • Prior exposure to SQL, Tableau, or modern data tools — or a demonstrated ability to pick up technical skills quickly
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and figuring things out without a lot of hand-holding

Why This Role Matters

The finance function here doesn't just report on what happened; it maintains the data layer the whole company relies on and helps every team make better decisions.

The data infrastructure here is still being shaped. The reporting is still being designed. The analysis you produce will reach the founders and influence real decisions on pricing, customers, company strategy, and more. If you want to own something meaningful, learn a full data stack end-to-end, and grow alongside a company at an inflection point, this is the right seat.

Full Stack Engineer

Intelligems

Denver, Colorado, United States

The Role

Roll up your sleeves and let’s build together! From day one, we’ll ask you to contribute to any and every aspect of our stack. It could be adding new functionality to the core experimentation capabilities of the platform, designing and implementing a new integration, or reworking a complicated user flow.

Our team is lean and mean — less than 10 engineers and only a handful of product and design. This means you’ll work closely with everyone, including those in non-technical roles like our sales, support, and success teams.

Month one will be characterized by “learning by doing” - taking on features that are meaningful in impact with input from other teammates to get deep in the codebase and concepts while also providing value to our customers.

From there you’ll tackle increasingly complex and ambiguous problems. With varying degrees of input from your product and design teammates, you’ll figure out the implementation details from schema and API design to UI polish.

We have thousands of customers, too, so there are often opportunities to work directly or indirectly with them. Understanding the customer perspective and having empathy are important skills that will help make you effective in each of the countless micro design decisions you make each day.

Tech Stack

Knowledge in all of these is not required, but you should be excited to work within and help us improve the stack.

  • TypeScript monorepo
  • Frontend - React web app hosted on AWS S3/Cloudfront; Redux, Material UI, ReactQuery
  • Backend - Serverless NodeJS hosted on AWS Lambda, managed by SST. MySQL database. Also includes SQS queues, Dynamo tables, dockerized lambdas, etc….
  • “Plugin” - Compiled client-side javascript written in Typescript
  • Analytics - AWS Eventbus, Kinesis, Flink, Kafka, and Clickhouse.

You’re a Great Fit If

  • You have experience owning product and feature development from ideation to delivery
  • You’re able to hold a lot of context in your head — there are a lot of moving pieces here to keep in mind
  • Exploration, learning, and experimentation are core to your process
  • You have deep expertise in areas that will level us up
  • At the same time have curiosity to learn try a different approach
  • You empathize with our customers, and care deeply about making them successful
  • You're a team player and can work collaboratively while also being independent
  • You want to shape the future of e-commerce

Note: please only apply to ONE software engineering role at Intelligems. We are able to move candidates between the Frontend & Full Stack roles as needed.

Revenue Operations, Senior Manager

Intelligems

New York, New York, United States

The Role
We're hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to build the infrastructure that every customer-facing team at Intelligems runs on. This is a build-from-the-ground-up role. You'll own how we measure performance, how our revenue tools work, and how our GTM and Customer teams get the visibility they need to hit their numbers. Today, this work is spread thin across the team. You'll bring it under one roof and raise the bar by having a proactive point-of-view, with an overarching goal of systematically improving how every customer-facing team works.

This is a player-coach role. You'll set the strategy and do the hands-on work, starting in HubSpot, and grow a small team of contractors underneath you over time. You'll report to our Head of Finance and partner with leaders across the team.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure for forecasting, pipeline health, retention, expansion, and revenue performance
  • Own the tooling: Run HubSpot end-to-end as the hands-on admin, along with our marketing stack and Pylon. As the work grows, hire and manage contractors to handle day-to-day operations so the systems hum quietly in the background.
  • Design & implement the process layer: Lead CRM enhancements, system implementations, and process improvements that connect our tools and data end-to-end, so routing, handoffs, and workflows tie together and run cleanly across teams
  • Bring an AI lens to RevOps: Identify where AI and automation can uplevel our work, from forecasting and reporting to data hygiene and routine ops, and build those tools and workflows into how the team runs. This includes embedding AI directly into our core tooling, so our systems get smarter, not just bigger.
  • Partner with Finance and Leadership: Support planning cycles, including forecasting, headcount planning, compensation & quota plans, and operational performance review

Who You Are

  • Strong analytical chops: You're comfortable in the data, and can turn messy inputs into metrics people can trust.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience: Deep understanding of automation, workflow design, data structure, and reporting capabilities.
  • A systems thinker: You see how data, tools, and processes connect, and you design for the whole flow instead of patching one piece at a time.
  • AI-first in how you think: You instinctively look for where AI can do the work or uplevel it, with the judgment to know where it helps and where it doesn't.
  • Cross-functional by default: You influence XF teams without formal authority, and you frame everything in terms of revenue.
  • Low ego, high ownership: You're equally happy cleaning up a messy pipeline and presenting the forecast to the founders.

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years in RevOps, sales ops, or GTM systems, ideally earlier stage at a B2B SaaS startup
  • Track record owning HubSpot as the primary admin
  • Familiarity with modern AI tools and workflows, including Claude, and a demonstrated ability to leverage AI to improve efficiency and execution
  • Deep familiarity with SaaS GTM metrics and comfort across a modern data stack (Snowflake, Tableau)
  • Nice to have: Experience managing contractors or a small team is a plus

Growth Account Executive

Intelligems

New York, New York, United States

The Role

We're looking for Growth Account Executives to join our sales team and help e-commerce brands unlock their profit potential. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle for our SMB segment—from pipeline generation, to discovery, through close—working with Shopify merchants who are ready to get serious about optimizing their businesses through onsite experimentation and personalizations.

This is a closing role where you'll build and manage your own pipeline, run demos, navigate objections, and ultimately help merchants understand how Intelligems can transform their business. If you bring a strong work ethic, thrive in ambiguity, and genuinely care about helping customers and teammates succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

As a customer-first, product-oriented company, all success will be driven by the caliber of people on the team. Our values and more about us can be found here: https://intelligems.io/aboutus.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation and qualification through close for our SMB segment
  • Run compelling product demos that connect Intelligems' capabilities to each merchant's specific challenges and goals
  • Manage and grow your pipeline through a combination of self sourced pipeline, inbound leads, SDR-sourced opportunities, partner introductions, and in person events
  • Navigate complex buying decisions by understanding merchant priorities, addressing objections, and building urgency
  • Forecast accurately and maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in HubSpot
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to share learnings and improve our go-to-market motion
  • Contribute to team knowledge by sharing what's working, helping teammates problem-solve, and continuously refining our sales playbook

Who You Are

You bring a strong work ethic and genuine care for the people around you—both customers and teammates. You're the type of person who embraces what we call an "aggressive learning style"—you enjoy the process of learning and creating, you're not afraid to fail, and you find energy in getting better every single day. You believe the best results come from lifting others up, sharing what you learn, and winning as a team.

You'll thrive here if:

  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the challenge of building something new
  • You're coachable and hungry for feedback—you actively seek input from teammates and use it to improve
  • You genuinely care about helping others succeed, whether that's a prospect trying to grow their business or a colleague who needs support
  • You default to collaboration—sharing insights, celebrating team wins, and asking for help when you need it
  • You put the team first, understanding that our collective success matters more than individual achievements
  • You bring curiosity and empathy to every conversation, whether with prospects or teammates

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a closing sales role
  • Track record of success closing deals in the $1K–$5K MRR range
  • Strong pipeline generation, discovery, demo, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfort with building and managing your own pipeline and forecasting accurately
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

Preferred:

  • Software/SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling to e-commerce brands or within the Shopify ecosystem
  • Remote work experience and ability to thrive in a distributed team environment

Location

While we are a distributed company with the capacity to work well remotely (and have for many years), for the sales organization, we do believe the best work is done in a hybrid environment. Ideal candidates will be able and willing to work in the New York office 2-3 days a week. While this is not required, it's preferred. Relocation is available in some cases.

Product Manager, Analytics

Intelligems

Denver, Colorado, United States

We're looking for a product manager to turn Intelligems' data into decisions merchants can actually act on.

This PM leads our Analysis pillar: analytics surfaces, sitewide reporting, post-test metrics, benchmarking, recommendations, and AI-powered interpretation. Intelligems has a data asset most competitors can't replicate, and this PM exists to make that advantage real for merchants who don't have a data team.

This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role. You'll work closely with data engineering, data science, and the broader product team to define what merchants see, how they interpret it, and how AI closes the distance between data and confident action. The job requires someone who builds for non-analysts, has genuine opinions about where opinionated product experiences matter and where data infrastructure matters more, and can hold their own in technical conversations about how data gets computed and delivered.

What You'll Do

Make data actionable for non-analysts

  • Lead product for analytics and insight surfaces with one clear mandate: showing data and creating understanding are not the same thing. Every surface — from sitewide P&L to post-test metrics — should help a merchant who isn't a data expert reach a faster, more confident decision.
  • Drive interpretation, not just display. The gap between a chart and a decision is where merchants struggle.
  • Define which views, metrics, and analytical lenses matter most to merchants navigating the platform.
  • Own the analytics experience within experiments, from in-test performance through post-test metrics that reveal the full impact story of a test weeks and months after it ends.

Own benchmarking

  • Define how merchants understand their performance relative to peers. What does "good" look like for their industry and traffic mix? And how does that drive their next set of optimization actions?
  • Work with data science on the methodology and infrastructure behind peer groups and industry norms

Build AI-powered interpretation and recommendations

  • Define the product strategy for AI summaries, chat, and "interpret this" experiences across analytics surfaces
  • Shape how we structure and expose Intelligems data through our MCP layer so AI agents can query it reliably
  • Build toward proactive insight delivery. Merchants should learn something important before they think to find it themselves.

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time working with analytics — either shipping or exhibiting an affinity for data-first products
  • B2B SaaS experience with real customers and real stakes
  • Experience working closely with data engineering or data science teams, not just consuming their output, but scoping and prioritizing the work alongside them
  • Experience advocating for product quality and launch reliability, not just feature delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to make data legible and actionable for non-analysts — the merchants using this product are running e-commerce businesses, not data science teams, and you've built for that reality
  • Familiarity with the metrics that move e-commerce businesses: CVR, RPV, AOV, LTV, subscription attach rate, and why they move independently of each other
  • Not afraid of sharing ideas by building them â€” you’ve used AI tools to create working prototypes, test concepts, or demo features
  • Bonus: familiarity with Shopify or any product that runs inside a third-party storefront environment
  • Bonus: experience building alongside or shipping agentic AI workflows
